Mark Caesar has worked as a builder and contractor for many years, he has been UpTop fixing roofs, gutters and chimneys for clients up and down the country.

He recently achieved (PAL) Powered Access Licence which gives him easy access to roofs and gutters with a scissor lift, this means he can get to awkward to reach jobs quickly and easily, saving you money scaffolding which can be expensive.
